agSetClip: can not nest agSetClip() in win32
This has been found to lead directly to this error on "clickthrough": AssertionFailed5 ***ASSERTION FAILED: aGDIWin.c:483 cp->theWindow!=NULL. We're still looking for the exact cause and fix. It appears to have appeared within the last six months so it's likely related to something new that's been done this year. We'll post as we get info.
