=====EvenTiter=====

EvenTiter is inspired by devices such as the Eventide Harmonizer

====Controls explained:====

**Mix:** Controls the "wet/dry" level of normal to pitch shifted signal for both voices.

**Semitones:** Shifts the voice up or down by the set number of Semitones

**Cents:** Shifts the voice up or down by the set number of cents

**Width:** In a pitch shifter, the length of the tape splice (or digitally-sampled segment) that is
looped at the speed determined by the desired amount of pitch shift. A long splice
time gives a smoother sound but more delay, while a short splice time gives a coarser
sound but less delay. Ideally, the splice time should be a multiple of the pitch period
of the input signal.

**Feedback Section:** Each voice has a complete feedback section with inline eq filter and delay.

**Feedback:** The percentage of the effected signal that is fed back into the input for the voice. The shifted signal is fed back into the input path resulting in a signal that is continually shifted upwards or downwards depending whether the voice is being shifted up or down. The effect can be exaggerated by using with Mix set to 100% "wet", or minimized by setting Mix to include the "dry" source.

** Frequency:** The center frequency for the feedback path. Frequencies centering on this value will be fed back into the input path. This setting works in conjunction with Bandwidth.

** Bandwidth:** The bandwidth for the feedback filter. Larger bandwidths result in a larger frequency range surrounding the center Frequency to be fed back into the input path.

**Delay:** Delay time on the feedback filter. This is essentially a digital delay for each voice that controls the repeat time for the Feedback loop. When used without Feedback it simply delays the signal. This is useful for fattening vocals.

** Level:** Controls the level of the shifted voice.

** Pan:** Controls the panning for a shifted voice within the stereo field. Obviously this works better in stereo :-)

**Bugs/peculiarities:**

IMPORTANT NOTE: [[ParisNoNos Do not transpose "up"]] - only down.

**Suggested Applications and Settings:**

thickening/fattening vocals etc, as well as many creative uses
