Paris Plays Back But Won't Record (even though the meters move!)
Hi guys.. I had my Paris Rig all good and running ok.. got a SBS ( Magma
like thing ) installed my 4 EDS-1000 cards.. my system is all translated
into a big physical Patchbay .. so the Paris's (MEC ) modules.. are actually
on the Patchbay .. now I try recording.. the indicator and everything runs
perfectly.. but.. NO RECORDING WHAT SO EVER... any idea why ? I am going
mental.. MORE mental
You have the meters on the channel strips moving - but no audio is getting laid down on the edit screen or showing up in the Audio Bin, is that what it is?

Hi Yasser,
I can say that I had your exact same symptoms before I was told
to put the second mec attached to the last eds card in the chain.
4 cards Mec A attached to Card A (submix A)
Mec B attached Card D (submix D)
Audio miraculously appeared while recording after the change for me.
Try it if you haven't already and good luck!
