According to developer MikeAudet Mike Audet, "The FreakQ was originally released by ChuckDuffy Chuck Duffy and his team. Version 1.6 has been upgraded to include metering, variable frequency points, and a sample rate bug fix. A free version of this plugin that does not include my upgrades is available."
