=====Native Submixes=====

Native submixes are run entirely from your computer's own processing power, as if you were using Nuendo or Logic. There are advantages and disadvantages to this.

**Advantages: **
1) extra "live" submixes without buying additional EDS cards.
2) more plug-in flexibility, eg VST and DX plugins on auxes
3) if the processing power is available to take advantage of them, can be great "temp" areas for secondary tracks

**Disadvantages:**
1) require computer processing power much as any other native DAW like Nuendo might
2) can't access EDS effects
3) sometimes asserted to lack the sonic "magic" of PARIS
4) implemented late in the product cycle with no time for revision, and thus may contain bugs or destabilize PARIS
